Important Note - As of April 1, 2008 renewal letters will no longer be sent. You MUST have your old registration in order to renew your vehicle.

The Town Clerk is responsible for Registrations, Dog Licenses, Elections, Vital Records, Wetland Permits, Telephone Pole Licenses. The Town Clerk also issues Dump Stickers. The Town Clerk is an elected position, with a three year term. Dawn Blackwell has served since April 6, 1998.

We now offer debit card service with a charge of $2.50 for each transaction of up to $1,000.00.  The Town portion of a registration is considered one transaction; the State portion is another transaction.  This means that if you use your debit card it will cost you $5.00 to do both the Town and State portions of the registration.  This fee goes to Vital Chek Network to cover the costs of the debit service. There is no charge to the Town of Epsom nor does the Town of Epsom receive any money for this service.
